The team at Texas Direct were extremely helpful and responsive in addressing an issue I had with my solar installation, which they were not the installer. If you have panels you know that getting them serviced can be a real challenge as many installers quickly disappear after they sell you the system. Anthony helped me schedule a service tech to come out same day to address the issue. Jose was great to work with and was very knowledgeable/professional. Texas Direct Solar did a great job removing and reinstalling my solar panel when I replaced my roof. They are solar edge certified so they were able to change my inverter with the new one that Solar Edge provided.
The team went above and beyond by finding the correct parts needed since the previous company used a non-standardized part. In addition, a team member stayed late to ensure that my app was working with the new inverter. I truly appreciate it
Anthony was very forthcoming with all that was involved with my installation and replacement of my inverter. He was easy to talk to and understood my situation with the previous installer. As of today, so far so good with my solar panels producing.
I wanted to give a 4.9 but the star rating won’t allow it. One area of improvement is for Texas Direct Solar to be proactive with giving updates and communicating. I had to follow up a few times; however, they made up for it by being very responsive and available when I called.

This agency was so informative when servicing my Solar Edge needs. I logged on and I am not able to track my solar production. They were upfront on the possible costs and service needed. I was prepared to have the inverter replaced but luckily it was a fuse. The technician was able to explain the process and ensured the ease of replacing and fixing the issue. I recommend this agency and I am satisfied with the timeliness they were able to fit me in.

If you need solar panels removed and replaced AND a new roof, these are your guys! Anthony was very communicative and payment was simple. Our old solar panel company is in bankruptcy (Sunnova) and even though I tried to get them to replace our roof six months before they filed, they ignored me. Texas Solar Direct will get the job done! They contract with roofing companies so it’s could be a couple of weeks process; however every time they came out, they usually finish in a day. Our solar panels were completely removed in a day. Our roof was completely replaced in a day! (Make sure you park in front of your house for that one.While they do place tarps around the house for old roof removal, and go around with magnets to pick up dropped roofing nails when they’re done, be cautious and do your own sweep for debris after they leave, I found a handful of nails, but this is to be expected. ) And the panels were replaced over two days. It did take us several weeks for the whole process due to personal scheduling conflicts, so your experience may be faster. They did a great job!

I started the process with Anthony and Mike back in September of 2022 and was able to get solar panels and a working generator installed by March of 2023. Overall the process was very smooth. Anytime I had any questions, Anthony and Mike were there to answer them. I have learned a lot during this process and would definitely recommend Texas Direct Solar to anyone interested in solar panels and/or installing a whole home generator.

Mike and Anthony have been great throughout the entire process with constant communication and diligent care. They properly sized my system and based the proposal on realistic expectations that provided a clear view of the benefits to me. In addition, they went out of their way to assist in coordinating all of the services needed to make this happen (tree/landscaping, roofing, insulation, permitting, net metering, etc.). The installers routed everything professionally resulting in an excellent finished product that performs as promised. When you make an investment of this magnitude you envision and hope for excellent quality and service that rises to this level.

Texas Direct Solar installed a 17kw of solar on my roof and did a great job. They also were able to help me relocate my electric meter and main panel from my house, to my garage for a generator install, which no other solar installer was able to do. Communication has been excellent, which can't be said for the other company I dealt with for the generator install. Day or night, I can get in contact with Anthony and the team with any questions I have. Being a big project there were some problems we ran into along the way, however Texas Direct Solar quickly resolved anything that I wasn't happy with without hesitation.
